The invention provides a multi-path
temperature control heating current detection
system. The
system comprises a PLC
system with a PLC analog quantity input module and a PLC digital quantity output module, mainly,
temperature control heating areas are distributed, each eight-area heating main loop passes through a current
transmitter,
linear relation conversion is carried out through the PLC system, and an actually measured current value is obtained; in the case of heating in a heating area, a heating
signal with the duration of 400 ms is outputted, in the period, heating
signal output of other seven loops connected to the same current
transmitter needs to be forcibly closed, synchronous execution of an instruction for reading the numerical value of the analog quantity input channel wherethe corresponding current
transmitter is located is carried out once, the instruction is saved in a register, the current value of a
single loop is displayed on a human-computer interface through conversion, and so on, each loop is sampled in sequence, and data are refreshed according to a set sampling period. According to the technical scheme, line arrangement and later maintenance can be facilitated, the accuracy of multi-path temperature acquisition is ensured, and the input cost and the production cost are greatly reduced.
