The degradation strain JN4 is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center, the preservation number is CGMCC NO.14975, and the classification number is Pseudomonas stutzeri. The strainJN4 with a petroleum hydrocarbon degradation function which is disclosed by the invention is applied to treatment of oily sludge by degrading petroleum hydrocarbons. The degradation rate of the bacteria on total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) in oily sludge is 71.05 percent within 30 days. The single strain provided by the invention has obvious degradation capability on n-C10 to n-C30, and GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry) analysis indicates that the strain has strong degradation capability on cycloalkane naphthane, indane and d-homoandrostane. The optimum degradation conditions of the bacteria on petroleum pollutants are 25 DEGC to 40 DEG C and the pH value of 5 to 11. The biological method is used in oily sludge remediation technology, and has the advantages of high effectiveness, low cost, environment-friendliness and the like.

Method and system for cooperative set selection in cooperative multipoint communication

The invention provides a method for selecting a cooperative set in the cooperative multipoint communication. The method comprises the following steps of configuring a nonzero power CSI-RS (Channel State Indication Reference Signal) pattern to each transmission point in a measuring set, configuring REs (Resource Elements) of other transmission points into a mute state at a position corresponding to a CSI-RS of each transmission point, and configuring a small number of PDSCH REs (Physical Downlink Shared Channel Resource Elements) of each transmission point at the same position into a mute state; according to acquired reference signal receiving power of the CSI-RS of each transmission point and the sum of interference and noise outside the measuring set, which are inquired from the mute PDSCH REs, calculating approximate single point CQIs (Channel Quality Indicator) of each transmission point by cooperative UE (User Equipment); and finally, on the basis of the approximate single point CQIs of each transmission point, determining which points in the measuring set are selected into the cooperative set. The method not only solves the problem of deficiency of accuracy, which is caused by the case of not considering the CQIs and interference, but also solves the problem of excessively high complexity caused by the case of carrying out channel estimation and calculating the single point CQIs at the UE end, so that good balance is obtained on the aspects of accuracy and complexity and a CoMP (Cooperative MultiPoint) system is simpler and also has more reliable performance.
