Ecological ditch with remediation function and laying method thereof

The invention provides an ecological ditch with a remediation function. The ecological ditch comprises impermeable layers sequentially laid from bottom to top to prevent water flow permeation, a planting layer for aquatic plant to grow and an aquatic plant blanket layer with aquatic plant planted thereon, wherein the planting layer is provided with a trapezoidal surface; and the aquatic plant blanket layer is fixedly laid on the trapezoidal surface of the planting layer. In the invention, an impermeable film and the planting layer are directly laid in the ditch, and high diversity of species is maintained; the aquatic plant blanket layer is laid at the upper part of the planting layer, and the water body is deeply remediated; and the construction way of the ditch replaces traditional reinforced concrete structure. A laying method of the ditch comprises the following steps: (i) ditch flattening; (ii) laying of the impermeable layers; (iii) laying of the ecological planting layer; (iv) laying of the aquatic plant blanket layer; (v) planting of the plant; and (vi) mounting of a water retaining device. In the invention, the laid aquatic plant blanket has good tensile strength; and due to the laid nonwoven and plastic net, the blanket forming effect of the aquatic plant blanket is good.

The trichoderma asperellum chlamydospore has strong vitality, the survival time of the trichoderma asperellum chlamydospore is long, the volatilization of arsenic in the soil can be obviously promoted, the total quantity of the arsenic in the soil can be reduced, and the soil polluted by the arsenic can be effectively repaired. By adopting the method, the time for producing a great amount of trichoderma asperellum chlamydospore can be greatly shortened, the production cost of the trichoderma asperellum chlamydospore can be remarkably reduced, and the popularization of the technology can be favored.

The present invention provides a percutaneous terminal having a substrate thereof flocked with fibers having bio-affinity, and thereby being able to adhere tightly to a living body, a medical instrument to be placed in the body, and a production method and a production apparatus of the percutaneous terminal and the medical instrument to be placed in the body. The percutaneous terminal according to the present invention is one which the surface of the substrate is flocked with bio-affinitive short fibers (e.g. hydroxyapatite complex particles), therefore the bio-affinitive short fibers are risen perpendicular to or substantially perpendicular to the surface of the substrate. As a result, an area of the bio-affinitive short fibers coating a unit area of the substrate of the percutaneous terminal to the unit area of the percutaneous terminal substrate is considerably elevated and, in its turn, the adhesiveness of the percutaneous terminal to biological tissues is improved. Thus, it is possible to stably fix to the living body a medical device such as a catheter or the like which has the percutaneous terminal. The medical instrument according to the present invention is also flocked with the short fibers as described above, therefore it is possible to stably fix to the living body the medical instrument to be placed in the body.
