The ejecting device comprises a fixed sleeve, an ejecting module which is disposed in the fixed sleeve and canmove relative to the fixed sleeve in a first direction, a push-pull slider which is used for providing power in the first direction to the ejecting module, and at least two elastic members which canbe elastically deformed in the first direction, wherein one end of each of the at least two elastic members abuts against a bottom surface of the ejecting module, the other end is linked with the push-pull slider, a first contact position and a second contact position are located at two sides of a central axis of the ejecting module, the first contact position is a contact position of a first elastic member of the at least two elastic members and the bottom surface, and the second contact position is a contact position of a second elastic member of the at least two elastic members and the bottom surface. According to the above technical scheme, the skew problem that occurs when the ejecting module pops up the terminal device can be solved, and the lifting efficiency of the ejecting modulecan be improved.
