The invention discloses an organic fertilizer process, which comprises: S1, raw material pretreatment: selecting crop straws, chicken manure and pig manure as main raw materials, carrying out solid-liquid separation on the chicken manure and the pig manure, weighing, dividing, dewatering the straws, and crushing; S2: stirring: stirring the crop straws, the chicken manure and the pig manure, addinga strain, continuously stirring, and carrying out primary composting fermentation on the stirred raw materials; and S3: secondary fermentation: shoveling the fermented raw materials obtained in the step S2 into a fermentation groove by using a forklift, carrying out secondary fermentation, and turning the raw materials by a composting heap turner every day. According to the present invention, bydetermining the effective viable bacterial number, the organic matter, the moisture content, the organic nitrogen, the phosphorus content, the potassium content and the heavy metal content in the organic fertilizer, the quality of the organic fertilizer can be accurately understood, and the quality can be conveniently controlled.
