The aim of the invention is to create techniques for the encoding, production and viewing of stereograms, supplemented by methods for selecting certain optical filters needed in these novel techniques, thus providing a human observer with stereograms each of which consist of a single image for viewing through special filter pairs, the stereogram encoding essentially the full color information of the original stereogram or of the original scene, while at the same time encoding the full parallactic depth of the original stereogram or the parallactic depth that would normally be found in a conventional stereogram recorded of the scene. The invention makes use of a color-based encoding technique and viewing filters selected so that the human observer receives, in one eye, an image of nearly full color information, in the other eye, an essentially monochrome image supplying the parallactic differences prescribed by the stereoscopic principle and supplementing the color perception. For selecting the filters, the invention suggests an auxiliary test. For encoding the stereograms, the invention suggests a special process of channel separation and replacement. For color correction in the resulting image, the invention suggests a multistage process. Generally speaking, the best results are obtained when all of these are used together.

According to the modeling method for the radio frequency MOS device and the test structure, an intrinsic model and a later parasitic model of the device can be respectively obtained by completely separating the parasitic factors except for the MOS device; building of a physically-based scalable MOS device model is facilitated aiming at the MOS devices with different sizes; the precision of the later model can be improved by a mature later interconnect modeling scheme in the industry; and limitations of the test structure are eliminated during device selection, so that the device selection and layout optimization flexibility is improved.

At night, an inverter is in a standby state; voltage of a DC bus reduces; a soft starting loop of the inverter is started for charging a bus capacitor, so that the voltage of the bus capacitor of the inverter is equal with the DC voltage. The bus capacitor performs discharging through an auxiliary testing resistor, and the bus capacitor is in zero-state response. Furthermore the calculated capacitance is compared with a preset capacitance lower limit, thereby determining whether the capacitance of the capacitor is qualified. If the capacitance is unqualified, fault alarm is performed for reminding change of the bus capacitor, thereby preventing further damage caused by performance reduction or failure of the bus capacitor.
