This invention provides a
mast cell-targeting magnetoelectric hydrogel
acupuncture system for acupoint stimulation, its preparation method, and its application, belonging to the technical field of biomedical materials and
acupuncture-assisted treatment devices. The invention first synthesizes Fe₃O₄@BaTiO₃–FcεRIA (FBTFA) nanoparticles to achieve
mast cell targeting and synergistic stimulation of cells by "
mechanical force-electrical energy" under
magnetic field induction. Then, it is compounded with a two-component hydrogel. The hydrogel loaded with FBTFA nanoparticles is then loaded into the groove of a threaded needle. After
insertion into the local acupoint, the needle is suspended against the thread, achieving precise delivery and local retention of the hydrogel at the
acupuncture site, and
continuous release of nanoparticles to target subcutaneous mast cells at the acupoint. This invention generates controllable electro-mechanical stimulation under the action of an external
magnetic field, inducing
degranulation of rat basophilic
leukemia granulocytes (RBL-2H3 cells), and achieving a sustained
analgesic effect at the rat acupoint through immune-neuro-endocrine circuit regulation.
