In order to solve the problems that in the prior art, a movement mechanism is insufficient in self-adaption and skid resistance, embedded end detection is poor in real-time performance, and software and hardware cooperation efficiency is low, anchoring-propelling circulation is formed through a double-rhombus hinge telescopic mechanism driven by a steering engine and a radial supporting support, and flexible wriggling movement in a pipeline is achieved; the propelling torque and the anchoring time are dynamically adjusted, and self-adaptive motion control is achieved; a camera and a temperature sensor are used for collecting pipeline images and environmental parameters, and real-time detection of cracks, corrosion and blockage is carried out through a lightweight YOLOv11 model; and a detection-control integrated closed loop is realized. According to the method, stable advancing and high-precision defect identification in the complex pipe network are achieved, and the method is suitable for intelligent inspection and safety monitoring of urban underground energy pipe networks and water supply pipelines.
