wine and a 
brewing method thereof. On the basis of the 
white spirit as the base solution, the 
sea cucumber health-care 
wine contains the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-60% of 
sea cucumber enzymolysis solution, 1-20% of Chinese 
medicinal herb leaching solution, 0.1-0.5% of honey and the balance of water. The Chinese 
medicinal herb leaching solution is composed of 2-5 parts of acanthopanax 
bark, 3-8 parts of wolfberry fruit, 1-5 parts of angelica, 2-5 parts of 
scorpion, 2-7 parts of 
kudzu root, 1-3 parts of black 
ant and 4-8 parts of licorice. The 
brewing method comprises the following steps: cleaning sea cucumbers, boiling, carrying out enzymolysis, blending with the Chinese 
medicinal herb leaching solution subjected to soaking in 
white spirit and honey, and 
seasoning to obtain the sea cucumber health-care 
wine. The invention has the advantages of abundant
