A new system and method of available bandwidth estimation applies even where the narrow link and tight link in a network path are in different locations. In embodiments of the invention, a unique packet probe series structure and processing is employed to estimate available bandwidth. In an embodiment of the invention, the spacing between probe packets is adjusted at the source to account for dilation caused by links leading to the tight link, so that the spacing is appropriate when the probes arrive at the tight link. Moreover, the multi-packet probe comprises a large packet followed by two much smaller packets. The large packet is then dropped once it has traversed the tight link. The two small packets, which are impacted little by subsequent narrow links, preserve the spacing set by the tight link, encoding the delay induced by the tight link, all the way to the destination.

The control system evaluates the relative risk of the equipped aircraft encountering the respective wake turbulence caution areas of each of the other aircraft, and after selecting an aircraft of the other aircraft with a highest priority, provides guidance to the pilot of the equipped aircraft to avoid an encounter with a wake turbulence caution area of the selected aircraft.

In the highly conductive cable with the improved conductor structure, a plurality of conductors are stranded at the periphery of a concentric circle or non-concentric circle core wire to be manufactured into stranded conductors; the stranded conductors are embedded into grooves of hollow, circular and porous multi-groove conductor mounting brackets, or, flat conductor mounting brackets embedded with the stranded conductors are encircled at the periphery of a hollow and circular screw, and then are packed by polyurethane (PE) tapes or PE wire mylar, or, a plurality of flat conductor mounting brackets embedded with the stranded conductors are overlapped into multi-core highly conductive cable core wires; the outer edges of the multi-core highly conductive cable core wires are packed by a porous insulating tape; and the multi-core highly conductive cable core wires and a hollow special-shape screw are evenly encircled at the periphery of the hollow and circular screw at intervals. By adopting the highly conductive cable with the improved conductor structure, the area of each conductor is minimized; the skin effect is maximized; the current-carrying capacity of the area of the conductor is increased; a copper material is saved by about 70 percent; and simultaneously, the porous conductor mounting brackets are adopted, thereby, the highly conductive cable with the improved conductor structure is beneficial to ventilation, reduces temperature rise and has an effect of increasing the current-carrying capacity.

The invention discloses a laser collimation and beam expansion system for deep ultraviolet lithography. The system comprises a first cylindrical mirror, a second cylindrical mirror, a plane mirror and a spherical mirror, wherein the spherical mirror and the first and second cylindrical mirrors form two collimation beam expanders for collimating and expanding a laser beam emitted by a laser respectively; the laser beam sequentially passes through the first and second cylindrical mirrors, then is reflected by the plane mirror, is delivered to a transmission light path through the spherical mirror, and finally enters a light source input port of a lithography machine. Compared with other systems, the laser collimation and beam expansion system is more compact in structure, suitable for mounting integration, convenient to use and low in cost, can be adapted to different transmission distances, and has low requirements on distance regulation accuracy, and distance regulation can be realized by a simple regulation device.
