The invention provides a precise positioning device for fast tunneling equipment in a coal mine coal mining tunnel. The precise positioning device comprises a tunneling machine, a crushing machine, an anchor rod drill wagon, a stepping type self moving machine tail, a self moving force station and a rubber belt reversed loader, and is structurally characterized by also comprising nine node positioners, four wireless translation gateways, wireless base stations, positioning displays and positioning controllers, wherein the nine node positioners are respectively arranged on the tunneling machine, the crushing machine, the anchor rod drill wagon, the stepping type self moving machine tail, the self moving force station and the rubber belt reversed loader; the four wireless translation gateways are respectively arranged on the crushing machine, the anchor rod rill wagon, the stepping type self moving machine tail and the self moving power station; the wireless base stations, the positioning displays and the positioning controllers are arranged on the anchor rod drill wagon; and electromagnetic waves are mutually emitted between the node positioners arranged on two pieces of adjacent equipment so that space monitoring is carried out. The precise positioning device has the advantages that collision or falling accidents due to too short distance between the adjacent equipment can be effectively prevented; the positioning precision can reach 0.4m; and the positioning range is not smaller than 200m.
