The invention discloses an automatic tamping
recording system for measuring the construction height of a dynamic compactor and relates to the technical field of construction production. The
system comprises a dynamic compactor carrying a processor, a
winch for working of the dynamic compactor, a rammer, an
encoder, a cab displayer, a network transmission single-
chip microcomputer, a camera set anda control
relay, wherein the rammer is for working of the dynamic compactor, the
encoder is installed on the
winch, the cab displayer and the network transmission single-
chip microcomputer are used for recording and storing, the camera set is used for
infrared monitoring of safety construction recording and is used for remotely checking and synchronously recording video images, and the control
relay connected with the processor is arranged on the dynamic compactor carrying the processor. The
system is advantaged in that the
encoder can carry out prompt recording such as lifting of the heightalarm lamp, automatic manual zero resetting and
remote control can be carried out during
deep hole filling, attention is needed, a switch and operation option keys needing to be manually switched andmanually released are needed, and that the construction quality is stable and reliable is guaranteed.
