sol matrix, 45-55 wt% of a gradient grading
refractory filler, 3-8 wt% of a nano-enhanced phase and 2-7 wt% of a synergistic modifier. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the composite
sol matrix, the gradient grading
refractory filler, a nano-enhanced dispersion liquid and the synergistic modifier; adding the gradient grading
refractory filler, the nano-enhanced dispersion liquid and the synergistic modifier into a constant-temperature stirring kettle containing the composite
sol matrix in sequence and stirring uniformly to obtain high-temperature binder initial materials; vacuum deaerating and low-temperature curing the high-temperature binder initial materials in sequence, and obtaining the high-temperature binder after cooling. The application realizes the dual improvement of the
bonding strength and high-temperature stability, has good
coating performance and forming adaptability, and is suitable for various
ceramic cores which need to be combined and formed.
