The invention discloses a device and method for measuring
fuel oil consumption of an engine and belongs to the field of engine
fuel oil detection equipment. The device is provided with an auxiliary
oil tank (11). One end of an engine oil inlet
pipe (5) and one end of an engine oil outlet
pipe (6) are connected with the engine, and the other end of the engine oil inlet
pipe (5) and the other end of the engine oil outlet pipe (6) are inserted into the auxiliary
oil tank (11). A high
liquid level sensor (8) is arranged on the upper portion of the auxiliary
oil tank (11), a low
liquid level sensor (9) is arranged on the lower portion of the auxiliary oil tank (11), and the auxiliary oil tank (11) is connected with a large engine oil tank (13) through an oil pipe (2). The measurement method includes the steps that after a
system is powered on, whether the engine operates or not is judged; whether power failure exists or not is judged; whether a high oil level
signal exists or not is judged; whether a low oil level
signal exists or not is judged, and then corresponding control is carried out; the auxiliary oil tank is adopted for detecting and controlling oil inlet amount in real time. By means of the device and method, the
oil consumption of the engine can be accurately measured, cost is low, and the problems of oil return pulsation and bubbles of the engine are effectively solved. The device and method have the advantages of being good in measurement real-time performance and the like.
