When the microchannel heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the number of parallel flow paths of the flat tubes can be increased step by step, reducing pressure drop and improving heat absorption. When used as a condenser, the number of parallel flow paths of the flat tubes can be decreased step by step, increasing the refrigerant flow rate and improving heat release.
