The invention relates to a plastic
alloy nail button joint for connecting a conveyer belt. A plastic
alloy material is subjected to
extrusion and mould pressing for molding to form the plastic
alloy nail button joint; the plastic alloy material consists of
polyamide resin or
polyurethane resin and an additive; the additive consists of an
antistatic agent, a
flame retardant, an antiaging agent, an
intensifier and a filling agent. Materials are subjected to mixed refining, are heated, are extruded through an
extrusion machine and are subjected to mould pressing for molding. The belt nail button joint, adopting the plastic alloy for manufacture, can reduce the time for replacing the belt, increase the
operating time and the conveying capacity of a conveyer and save steel material; when used for a belt joint of a
coal mine, the nail button joint do not produce
static electricity to cause the accident of gas and
coal dust explosion as the nail button joint is made from the
flame retardant antistatic material; the nail button material can be recycled and resource waste is reduced; the button joint does not pollute environment in product manufacturing and using, meets the requirement of
environmental protection, does not
rust, has longer service life than a
metal button, has simple
process operation and saves time when connected with the belt.
