The application provides a
pneumatic actuator control system, which comprises a control panel, a gas source manual valve, a filter pressure
reducer, a split positioner, a flow regulating device, a quick opening device, a quick closing device, a holding device, a split
position sensor and a
junction box, which are all arranged on the control panel. The split positioner, the split
position sensor and other control elements such as two-position three-way electromagnetic valves are arranged away from high temperature and vibration working conditions, so that the service life of each control element is greatly prolonged. The flow regulating device, the quick opening device, the quick closing device and the holding device are integrated, and different functional modules can be selected according to different specifications of the
pneumatic actuator, so as to meet different functional requirements. The
pneumatic actuator control system can be applied to the control of a
pneumatic circuit under severe working conditions such as quick positioning and adjustment of a pneumatic
actuator, independent switch control and the like, for example, the control of a valve pneumatic
actuator under complex working conditions such as a
turbine bypass valve and a compressor anti-surge valve.
