The invention discloses a
tungsten rod
welding device based on the screw connecting technology. The
tungsten rod
welding device comprises guide rails. The two guide rails are arranged left and right.A T-shaped sliding block is arranged at the front end of the middle of a connecting
pipe. Sliding grooves in cooperation connection with the sliding block are formed in the rear ends of the guide rails.
Tungsten rods are arranged in the guide rails and penetrate corresponding heaters and
electrode seats. The contact ends of the two
tungsten rods are connected through an
electrode clamp. The tungsten rods are placed between two press plates from the front side, due to the fact that two upper threaded rods are connected through the same spring, the
extrusion force of the press plates to the tungsten rods is constant, and too large pressure cannot be generated; if the two press plates slide on the tungsten rods, even though the tungsten rods are bent, the
diameter of each tungsten rod is basically unchanged, and therefore even though sliding happens, the force between the two press plates cannot be changed; the manner is different from common spring
extrusion, the force is guaranteed, meanwhile, the tungsten rods can be moved by pushing a
handle, ascending and descending cannot be generated, and greater safety is achieved; and the
extrusion force can be adjusted through a rotating
handle.
