The preparation steps are as follows: (1) carbomer resin is dipped in and dissolved in 1/3 deionized water which is stirred to dissolve sodium hyaluronate and aloe powder; (2) 1/3 deionized water is poured into a reaction kettle, then dissolved carbomer resin is added in the reaction kettle, and the temperature is raised to 85 to 90 DEG C; (3) propylene glycol, hyde oil, pre-dissolved sodium hyaluronate and aloe powder are added into the carbomer resin in sequence, and stirred until being dissolved; (4) when the temperature is lowered to 40 to 45 DEG C, essence, preservative, and trolamine are added, stirred and dissolved. When carbomer resin takes the shape of transparent jelly, carbomer resin can be discharged and canned; and (5) ornitrol is shaped and injected into canned transparent jelly.
