Dc-dc converter and control method

The application relates to a DC to DC converter and control method thereof. The DC to DC converter includes a first converter circuit, a second converter circuit, a transformer having a primary winding and a secondary winding, a first resonant tank having a first capacitive element and a first inductive element, and a second resonant tank having a second capacitive element and a second inductive element. The first capacitive element and the first inductive element are coupled between the first converter circuit and the primary winding of the transformer; the second capacitive element and the second inductive element are coupled between the second converter circuit and the secondary winding of the transformer. During power transfer from the second converter circuit to the first converter circuit, a first plurality of first power-semiconductor-devices of the first converter circuit are operable to charge the first capacitive element during a first half cycle of a switching period; and a second plurality of the first power-semiconductor-devices of the first converter circuit are operable to provide an output voltage comprising an voltage across the primary winding of the transformer and the voltage of the first capacitive element superimposed thereon. This provides step-up gain for the backward direction, the first converter circuit operating in double voltage rectification manner and the second converter circuit working in the conventional full-bridge modulation with switching frequency fixed substantially at the resonant frequency.

The invention discloses an air levitation vehicle, which consists of an elevated expressway and a levitation vehicle, wherein the elevated expressway consists of a strip-shaped top plate, left and right cantilever beams connected with the left and right edges of the strip-shaped top plate, power supply contact lines below the left and right cantilever beams, a transverse beam for fixing the cantilever beams, and left and right brackets for supporting the transverse beam; the levitation vehicle consists of an air bellows, a draught fan, driving equipment, interior power supply equipment, an operating and controlling device and a carriage; the air bellows is a rectangular box which is open on the upper side and consists of four side walls and one bottom plate; the upper opening is buckled in the lower surface of the top plate of the elevated expressway; the bottom plate of the air bellows is used for pulling the carriage below for carrying passengers up through connecting rods; pantographs are arranged symmetrically outside the left side wall and the right side wall of the air bellows, and are connected with the contact lines and the interior power supply equipment. The air levitation vehicle has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, low noise, low energy consumption, low pollution, high speed, high stability, safety and comfort, and is suitable for interurban railways and urban railways as well as enterprises, communities and fairgrounds.

Linear electromagnetic machines

A linear electromagnetic machine is described which comprises first and second substantially cylindrical parts arranged to move relative to each other along a common axis of motion. The first cylindrical part produces a spatially periodic radial magnetic field across an air gap, the magnetic field having a regular alternating polarity along or parallel to the axis of motion. The second cylindrical part comprises a plurality of laminar electrical conductors wrapped into cylindrical form and placed in the air gap to intercept the magnetic field, each of the laminar electrical conductors compromising a regular pattern of electrically conductive paths, the electrically conductive paths of the plurality of laminar electrical conductors being interdigitated together within the air gap. The use of a plurality of laminar electrical conductors having respective electrically conductive paths which are interdigitated (nested) within the air gap provides for a very thin planar structure which enables the air gap to be made small, thereby improving the efficiency of the electromagnetic machine. In more general terms, improvements relating to the design of low-cost cylindrical or elliptical linear electromagnetic machines are described, in which a conventional assembly of wire coils is replaced by a small number of interdigitated metal laminations.

The invention discloses an inversion inductor, which comprises a magnetic core, and a coil and a coil leading-out terminal wound on the magnetic core, wherein the magnetic core comprises a plate-shaped magnetic core A, a plate-shaped magnetic core B, a column-shaped magnetic core A, and a column-shaped magnetic core B; the plate-shaped magnetic core A and the plate-shaped magnetic core B are arranged in a relatively spacing manner, the column-shaped magnetic core A and the column-shaped magnetic core B are vertically arranged between the plate-shaped magnetic core A and the plate-shaped magnetic core B in a spacing manner, and both ends of the column-shaped magnetic core A and both ends of the column-shaped magnetic core B are respectively in abutment joint with the opposite surfaces of the plate-shaped magnetic core A and the plate-shaped magnetic core B, so that the plate-shaped magnetic core A, the plate-shaped magnetic core B, the column-shaped magnetic core A, and the column-shaped magnetic core B are connected into an integral whole; and the coil is wound on the column-shaped magnetic core A and the column-shaped magnetic core B respectively. By using the inversion inductor disclosed by the invention, the quality factor of the inversion inductor is improved, the material cost of the magnetic core is greatly reduced, noise and heat generation are decreased, and at the same time, the operation of assembly is greatly simplified, thereby being beneficial to improving the production efficiency of the inversion inductor.
