The invention relates to a high tensile strength multicomponent mixed inclusion PVB diaphragm. The diaphragm comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 69-93 parts of the PVB, 1-10 parts of an ultraviolet light absorbent, 5-20 parts of nanometer cellulose, and 0.8-1.2 parts of a silane coupling agent. A production diaphragm of the diaphragm is characterized in that: the nanometer cellulose, the ultraviolet light absorbent and the silane coupling agent are added to the PVB according to above proportions, the raw materials are fully stirred in a tapered mixer, sent to a double screw extruder by a feeder, heated to 140-150DEG C, mixed, extruded, and subjected to extrusion tape casting by a die head to prepare the PVB diaphragm with the thickness of 0.38-0.76mm. The molecular level nanometer cellulose for the production of the diaphragm contains abundant hydroxyl groups which are reacted with nanometer TiO2 to generate titanium-based alcohol, and the titanium-based alcohol is reacted with Si-OH on the glass surface to generate firmly combined Ti-O-Si bonds, so a netted structure is finally formed, thereby the tensile strength, the plasticity and the bonding intensity with glass of the diaphragm are substantially improved.
