This invention discloses a data-mechanism hybrid-driven method for modeling and aggregating feasible regions of demand-side resources. First, a hybrid model of "base power-state dynamics" for demand-side resources is established. Then, using historical operational data, the parameters of the hybrid model are precisely calibrated through parameter identification to form a personalized dynamic feasible region. Next, the personalized feasible region is mapped to a standardized descriptor. Finally, for a scenario tree describing future uncertainties, a probability-weighted aggregated feasible region is calculated using a data-driven aggregation mapping function. This invention can accurately quantify and efficiently aggregate the flexibility of distributed resources, and has promising engineering applications.
