The invention relates to a method for the production of a stabilised lyophilisate with plant diamine oxidase (DAO), comprising the following steps: providing DAO-containing plants or DAO-containing parts thereof; homogenising the DAO-containing plants or DAO-containing parts thereof in aqueous solution in order to obtain an aqueous homogenised product; adding (a) a sugar or sugar alcohol and (b) an amino acid as stabiliser; and lyophilising the aqueous homogenised product or a DAO-containing fraction thereof in the presence of the stabiliser. The invention also relates to a lyophilisate obtained according to this method, and to a solid pharmaceutical dosage form for oral administration, containing said lyophilisate. This dosage form is intended for therapeutic use, preferably in the treatment of histamine-induced disorders, or can be used as a food supplement or dietetic food.

A biomarker for diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis and its application

This invention relates to a biomarker for diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and its application, belonging to the field of biomedical technology. This invention discovered that the concentrations of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and diamine oxidase (DAO) in the plasma of RA patients are significantly higher than those in healthy controls. Furthermore, this invention also found that three proteins derived from plasma exosomes—phospholipid invertase 1 (PLSCR1), keratin 1 (KRT1), and complement C1QC chain (C1QC)—have good diagnostic effects on RA. Combining LPS and DAO with these three proteins can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of RA. Therefore, applying the biomarker of this invention to the preparation of RA diagnostic products can provide a core basis for the accurate diagnosis of RA and the generation of risk assessment systems, and has translational application value in the early diagnosis of RA and the screening and precise prevention and treatment of high-risk groups.

The present application relates to the application of protein markers in the preparation of a diagnostic kit for rheumatoid arthritis, and belongs to the technical field of biological medicine. The present application screens protein markers for diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis from plasma and plasma exosomes. Specifically, the AUC of C4BPA from plasma exosomes is 0.878, and the specificity is as high as 94.1%, which has a significant advantage in excluding non-RA populations. C4BPA and diamine oxidase (DAO) from plasma both have good diagnostic value in the independent diagnosis of RA, with AUCs of 0.844 and 0.946, respectively. The combined diagnostic model based on plasma C4BPA and plasma DAO has an AUC of 0.965. Therefore, the protein markers of the present application have accurate diagnostic effects on rheumatoid arthritis, and have good application prospects for the auxiliary diagnosis and risk assessment of RA.
