The vessel contains the sodium bicarbonate injection (2) and is filled with carbon dioxide gas (3). The manufacturing method of the package is that the vessel is made of the gas barrier materials; the sodium bicarbonate injection (2) and the carbon dioxide gas (3) are loaded into the vessel; and a combination cover (12, 42) is hermetically connected with an interface or a bottle mouth. As the gas generated by drugliquid is sealed up in enclosed environment by a high gas barrier layer made of the gas barrier materials, and the drug liquid is in a relatively balanced state, thus ensuring the stability of the drug liquid. In addition, the plastic vessel is used for packaging of the liquid substances that can produce gas substances, such as the sodium bicarbonate injection, and the like, thus facilitating manufacturing, processing, transportation and storage.
