The preparation method comprises the steps of selecting a copper foil slice with a thickness of 0.2-0.5mm, putting the cleaned and dried copper foil into a KOH solution at a temperature about 30-40 DEG C for 3-9 days, after the reaction is completed, taking out a sample, repeatedly washing by utilizing distilled water and deionized water and drying at a room temperature.
