The invention discloses an environmentally-friendly stabilizing agent for heavy metals in soil. The environmentally-friendly stabilizing agent is prepared from the following materials by weight: 15-33parts of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 20-31 parts of bentonite, 14-31 parts of potassium chloride, 11 -21 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 14-31 parts of diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid, 8-40 parts ofcarbide slag, 25-40 parts of mushroom residues, 15-28 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan, 17-31 parts of polyacrylamide, 7-11 parts of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, 28-33 parts of calcium superphosphate, 13-23 parts of boric acid, 28-37 parts of zinc sulfate, 11-21 parts of amino acids, 9-14 parts of humic acid, 13-18 parts of a compound enzyme preparation, 4-6 parts of slash pine needlesand 4-6 parts of Pseudomonas fluorescens powder. The stabilizing agent for heavy metals in soil can be coordinated with various heavy metal ions to form a cross-linked netted chelate and passivate andstabilize various heavy metals in soil so as to reduce soil acidity and improve soil fertility; and thus, the purposes of improving soil fertility, enhancing soil properties and preventing soil passivation are achieved, and composite heavy metal pollutants are allowed to be stable and environment-friendly.
