The invention provides double-component organic silicon rubber coating, which comprises components A and B, wherein the component A mainly comprises 107 organic silicon rubber emulsion, a reinforcing agent, a filler, a catalyst, a film-forming agent, a defoamer and the like; the component B comprises organic silicon crosslinking agent having multiple functional groups, silane coupling agent and the like; and a dispersion medium is alkaline distilled water or deionized water. When the coating is sprayed or brushed on the asphalt pavements and part of the coating permeates into the structural gaps of the asphalt pavements or into the surface of the aggregate, hydrophobic films are formed on the surface of the asphalt pavements. The coating can obviously reduce the adhesion of the ice layers for the asphalt pavements, so that the ice layers on the asphalt pavements can be removed easily in winter.
