The invention discloses a TRT (Blast Furnace Top Gas Recovery Turbine Unit) coordination control method and system. The method comprises the following steps of: collecting the top pressure signal, the furnace condition information and the gas flow signal of a blast furnace; determining the conditions of the blast furnace by a PLC (Programmable Logic Control) system according to the top pressure signal, the furnace condition information and the gas flow signal, and then carrying out step-by-step regulation control of the TRT unit. According to the invention, the automatic protection control idea of the blast furnace fault bypass is adopted, and the all-weather operation of the TRT unit is guaranteed during the running of the blast furnace through coordinating and ordered cooperation and adjustment between a stationary blade, a bypass valve and a blast furnace pressure reducing valve bank; when the top pressure of the blast furnace is higher than the predetermined value, the TRT unit does not stop; at the same time when the stationary blade of the TRT unit is under adjustment control, the bypass joins in the adjustment control to split the gas flow which is turbined through the TRT unit; therefore, the TRT unit is protected, the top pressure of the blast furnace is guaranteed to be stable and continuous power generation of the TRT unit is effective ensured.
