The invention discloses a pigment color paste for the on-line color mixing, surface sizing and coating of culture paper pulp and a preparation method thereof. At present, most pigment color pastes cannot meet the requirements of paper-making factories, have poor stability and cannot easily control obvious defects such as poor diluting stability, low retention rate and poor color light consistency on the application aspect. The pigment color paste consists of a high-performance organic pigment, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a retention assistant agent, a function additive and deionized water; and the pigment color paste is prepared according to a plurality of steps such as mixing, wetting, dispersing and grinding all the components. The prepared nano-colored paste with high color content, low viscosity and high retention is stable to store; the paste has hard water resistance and high dilution stability, can be on-line directly added; the paste has a bright color, high retention rate and a small use amount; the paste has good light resistance and thermal resistance and can greatly improve the product quality; and the paste has good compatibility and cannot cause bad physical and chemical reaction with other paper-making chemicals when being added in a correct position.

The invention discloses a polyurethane based fluorescent whitening agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes the steps that polymer polyalcohol is heated, vacuum dewatering is conducted for 1-2 hours, nitrogen gas is introduced for cooling, and diisocyanate, solvent and a catalyst are added for a reaction; then, an organic small molecular fluorescent whitening agent body is added, a reaction is conducted, and polyurethane prepolymer with the fluorescent whitening agent body is prepared; water-based chain extender is added into the polyurethane prepolymer, and a reaction is conducted; then, solvent is added to dilute the mixture to certain viscosity, a salt-forming agent is added, and a polyurethane ionomer is formed; the polyurethane ionomer is transferred into an emulsification reactor, then emulgator and water are added, then solvent removal is conducted, and water-based polyurethane based fluorescent whitening emulsion is obtained. The plasticizer provided by the invention reduces viscosity of mixed explosive slurry, and is free of a plasticizer migration phenomenon; and the process acid can effectively moisten explosive crystals, so that surface coating of explosive particles by the binder is promoted and mobility of the explosive slurry is obviously improved, and moreover, the process acid does not need to be removed in a casting process, and mechanical properties of the explosive in the storage process are not affected.
