The invention discloses a production process for intelligent automatic preparation of environment-friendly rubber for vehicles. The process comprises the following steps of a, weighing raw materials,specifically, weighing each raw material by using a weighing device; b, closed mixing, specifically, placing the weighed raw materials into a closed mixing machine for reaction in the closed mixing machine to obtain mixed rubber; c, open mixing, specifically, performing open mixing on the mixed rubber by using an opening mixing device to obtain rubber pieces, and then spraying a separating agent onto the rubber pieces or soaking the rubber pieces into the separating agent; d, performing cooling treatment on the rubber pieces soaked in the separating agent; e. cutting the rubber pieces obtainedin the step d by using a cutting machine to obtain semi-finished products; and f, performing vulcanizing treatment on the semi-finished products by using a vulcanizing device to obtain the products.According to the process, burrs on the side edge of the workpiece can be automatically torn off, so that the working efficiency is effectively improved; and the burrs are removed by adopting a tearingstructure, so that the burrs are not prone to remain, and are cleared thoroughly.
