The invention discloses a water soluble copolymer with high viscosity and salt resistance, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of: adding acrylamide 20 weight parts, an anionic monomer or/and a cationic monomer 0.1-15 weight parts,, a vinyl polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon 0.05-4 weight parts,, a surfactant 0.5-90 weight parts,, and deionized water 70-900 weight parts, into a three-neck reaction bottle, adjusting the solution pH to 2.5-9, introducing N2 for 30min, adding an initiator persulfate 0.001-0.2 weight parts, at 20-70DEG C, and reacting for 6-36 hours to obtain a low-molecular weight water soluble copolymer with molecular association ability, high viscosity and salt resistance, which can be used in intermediate-permeability oil reservoir and low-permeability oil reservoir development. An associated water soluble polymer oil displacement agent is obtained by preparing the copolymer into an aqueous solution with copolymer concentration of 0.3-3 g/L and surfactant concentration of 0.01-4 mmol/L, adding into a mixer with a stirring device, and stirring uniformly at room temperature; and the obtained oil displacement agent has high viscosity, salt resistance, temperature resistance and shear resistance, and can be used in intermediate-permeability oil reservoir and the low-permeability oil reservoir development.

Methods and systems for treatment and/or diagnosis

The invention relates to methods and systems that can be used for treatment and/or diagnosis. In one aspect, the present invention involves systems and methods for activating a biological cascade in a subject, and administering, to the subject, a composition or a component comprising an agent able to bind a product of a biological cascade or otherwise interact with the biological cascade. The biological cascade may be, for example, a coagulation cascade, a complement cascade, an inflammation cascade, or the like. In some cases, the concentration of a protein, the metabolic demand for a substrate, or the like may be increased as a result of activation of the biological cascade. As a specific non-limiting example, in one set of embodiments, the biological cascade may be a coagulation cascade and the composition administered to the subject may include a fibrin-binding peptide and an antitumor species. By activating the biological cascade, e.g., with an activation composition or by applying energy, coagulation may be induced in a tumor, which the antitumor species may associate with due to an increase in fibrin caused by the coagulation cascade. In addition, in certain aspects, the present invention involves systems and methods for changing tissue from a first state to a second state, for instance, with a first composition comprising nanoparticles. The second composition may be more responsive to the tissue in the second state than in the first state in some cases. In still other aspects, the present invention is generally directed to systems and methods for making such compositions, systems and methods for promoting such compositions, kits involving such compositions, or the like.

The invention discloses a polymer nano-silica temperature-resistant, salt-tolerant and fluid loss reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation method, in the presence of nano-silica, a polymer-base nanometer composite material with amphiphilic block hydrophobic associating polymer wrapping inorganic nano-silica is successfully synthesized by virtue of a micellar emulsion polymerization method and combines the rigidity and the heat stability of the inorganic nano-silica and the characteristics of the amphiphilic block hydrophobic associating polymer together, and the temperature resistance, the salt tolerance and the thickening property of the polymer are obviously improved by virtue of the polymer-base nanometer composite material on the basis of the existing good performances of the amphiphilic block hydrophobic associating polymer. As a temperature-resistant, salt-tolerant and fluid loss reducing agent for a drilling fluid in the drilling engineering, the polymer nano-silica temperature-resistant, salt-tolerant and fluid loss reducing agent has a remarkable fluid loss reducing effect under high temperature and high salinity.

Method for preparing magnetic hydrophobic modified cationic polyacrylamide oil-removing flocculating agent

The invention provides a method for preparing a magnetic hydrophobic modified cationic polyacrylamide oil-removing flocculating agent and belongs to the technical field of environmental-friendly water treatment. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving dodecyl glucoside (or cocoanut fatty acid diethanolamide), dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, acrylamide and a photoinitiator in water, regulating the pH value, introducing nitrogen and sealing the reactor, performing photopolymerization under a low-voltage ultraviolet lamp so as to produce lacteous colloid; and dissolving the colloid in ultrapure water, adding magnetic nanometer iron oxide particles and ammonium persulfate to stir, washing, drying, grinding, and finally obtaining the black powdered oil-removing flocculating agent. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the polymerization time is short, the reaction temperature is low, condensation cooling is not needed, and energy conservation and consumption reduction are realized; due to the introduction of a hydrophobic monomer, the hydrophilic property of the flocculating agent is reduced, the adsorptive property of oil substances is enhanced, and the demulsification ability of the flocculating agent is enhanced; and due to the introduced magnetic nanometer iron oxide particles, under the action of an additional magnetic field, the flocculating agent is high in settling speed and easy to separate.
