The invention discloses a non-contact power transmission system based on a Z-source inverter and a phase-shifting control method thereof. A circuit is divided into a transmitting part and a receiving part by taking a coupler as a boundary. The transmitting part comprises an input direct current power supply, a Z-source network, an inverter circuit and an induction coupling primary winding, wherein a diode is connected serially behind a voltage source to prevent the reflow of current. The receiving part comprises an induction coupling secondary winding and a rectification filter circuit. In the system, the transmission power and the loading voltage of the system are reduced by driving the setting of a phase shifting angle in a pulse; and direct connection time is simultaneously added in the phase shifting angle to increase the transmission power and the loading voltage of the system, thereby realizing bidirectional adjustment of the transmission power and the loading voltage. The invention solves the problem that load can not work in a rated condition due to factors such as load change and the like in the non-contact power transmission system, and promotes the practicability progress of the non-contact power transmission technology.
