By configuring all pipelines on the acid tank to serve as spare parts, pipelines needed to be connected are connected according to a using position when the acid tank is used on line, and pipeline needed not to be connected are blocked with blank flanges, so that the probability that one spare part replace three acid tanks is achieved. The procurement fund is saved and the occupied space of the spare parts is reduced.
