This invention relates to the field of
fiberboard hot pressing technology, specifically disclosing a
hot pressing equipment for medium-density
fiberboard (MDF). The equipment includes a base with a frame fixedly connected to the top. A
hydraulic cylinder lowers the upper
hot pressing mold to press the board. After hot pressing, the
hydraulic cylinder moves upward, and a second motor rotates a lead screw, driving a sliding block to move a linkage rod, causing a demolding push plate to move outward and eject the formed product from the lower mold. Simultaneously, a first motor drives the base frame to rotate, causing the lower mold to flip. The bottom lower mold moves to the top, and the top lower mold flips to the bottom, allowing the product to fall onto a
conveyor belt for
discharge. Unpressed products can be placed into the top lower mold, and then the
hydraulic cylinder continues to operate for further pressing. This two-set lower mold flipping design enables continuous and uninterrupted pressing production, reducing production interruption time and improving production efficiency.
