The invention relates to a three-phase asynchronous vibration motor which comprises a left end cover, a right end cover, an engine base, an oil nozzle, a stator, a rotor, self-aligning roller bearings, a fixing eccentric block and a movable eccentric block, wherein the left end cover and the right end cover are respectively meshed to the two sides of the engine base through tooth mouths in the left end cover and the right end cover, an oil duct through hole is formed in each of the left end cover and the right end cover, the oil duct through holes go through inner slots of the left end cover and the right end cover straightly from the outside, the stator adopting a cold-rolled silicon steel sheet as a stamped steel is installed at the middle part of the interior of the engine base, the rotor adopting a cold-rolled silicon steel sheet as a stamped steel penetrates through an inner hole of the stator, a rotor shaft is fixed on the inner slots of the left end cover and the right end cover through the two self-aligning roller bearings, the rotor shaft penetrates through the inner slots of the end covers, and the fixing eccentric block and the movable eccentric block are respectively assembled at the left end and the right end of the rotor shaft. The three-phase asynchronous vibration motor has the advantages of high production efficiency, cheap price, low energy consumption, low rate of temperature increase, excellent magnetism of the molding motor, and stable and adjustable exciting force.
