The invention discloses an energy-saving composite
boiler water conditioner for a drum boiler, and a preparation method thereof. The energy-saving composite
boiler water conditioner comprises, by
mass, 3-20% of organic
polyamine, 2-20% of polycarboxylate, 0-10% of organic
phosphate, 3-10% of a chelating agent, 2-15% of a
corrosion inhibitor, 1-5% of an
alkalizing agent, 0.1-2% of an emulsifying agent, 0.1-1% of a defoaming agent, and the balance of deionized water. The method comprises the following steps: adding a certain amount of deionized water into a reactor with a stirring device, heating the deionized water, adding the polycarboxylate and the organic
phosphate into a reaction kettle when the
water temperature reaches 40 DEG C, adding the chelating agent and the
corrosion inhibitor 20 min later, performing continuous stirring for 10-15 min, heating the obtained mixture to 60-70 DEG C, adding the emulsifier and the organic
polyamine, adding the
alkalizing agent, performing stirring for 10-15 min, finally adding the defoaming agent, performing stirring for 30-40 min, and standing the obtained mixture for 3 h. The energy-saving composite
boiler water conditioner can form a continuous hydrophobic protective film on the surface of
metal to prevent the
metal from being corroded, can be complexed with Ca<2+>, Mg<2+>, iron ions,
copper ions and
silicon ions to destroy or preventthe formation of
crystal sprouts and promote
crystal lattice
distortion.
