A rain gauge with self-calibration function includes a cylindrical body with an open top. A funnel is provided inside the cylinder, dividing the inner cavity of the cylinder into a water collection chamber and a measuring chamber from top to bottom. An ultrasonic probe for detecting water level is installed in the measuring chamber. The cylinder is supported by a mounting bracket, on which a weight sensor for weighing the cylinder is mounted. A calibration pipe and a calibration valve are provided on one side of the measuring chamber, and a drain pipe and a drain valve are provided at the bottom of the measuring chamber. The weight sensor, ultrasonic probe, calibration valve, and drain valve are all electrically connected to a data processing unit. Preparation method of portable plasma-enhanced / ratio fluorescent sensor and application thereof in visual detection of beta-amyloid

This invention discloses a method for preparing a plasmonic-enhanced fluorescence-coupled aptamer ratio sensor based on gold nanoparticles and its application in the visual detection of amyloid protein. The invention involves preparing gold nanoparticles and immobilizing them on an amino-modified ELISA plate by adding EDC / NHS. β-amyloid aptamers, with amino and thiol groups modified at both ends respectively, are grafted onto the gold nanoparticle-modified ELISA plate via Au-S bonds. EDC / NHS is then added to graft Rosa Bengal onto the aptamers on the gold nanoparticles via amide bonds, resulting in a plasmonic-enhanced fluorescence-coupled aptamer as the responsive fluorescent probe and 9-anthracarboxylic acid as the reference fluorescence, thus creating a plasmonic-enhanced / ratio-fluorescent probe sensor. The plasmonic-enhanced / ratio-fluorescent probe sensor prepared by this invention exhibits good stability, enabling portable, ultrasensitive, and specific visual quantitative detection of β-amyloid protein.
