The invention relates and belongs to the field of terahertz time-domain spectroscopy diagnostic technique, in particular to a terahertz spectrograph and a terahertz transceiver probe (b). (/b) The technical problems to be solved are as follows: the existing terahertz time-domain spectroscopy systems mostly adopt an off-axis parabolic mirror to implement the space transmission for terahertz pulses, and have complex structures, long optical paths and weak stability, so that the energy utilization rate of terahertz waves is low. Against the existing problems, the invention provides the terahertz spectrograph and the terahertz transceiver probe; laser emitted by a laser is converted to detection light and pump light through a terahertz converter; then, the detection light and the pump light output by the terahertz converter are received through the terahertz transceiver probe so as to implement the sample reflection type detection and transmission type detection to obtain sample spectral information. The problems of complex structure and large volume of the existing terahertz spectrographs in the prior art are solved. Further, the defects of large volume and low utilization efficiency of terahertz energy of the existing terahertz transceiver probes are solved. The terahertz spectrograph comprises the laser, the terahertz converter, the terahertz transceiver probe and the like. The terahertz spectrograph and the terahertz transceiver probe are applied to the terahertz spectral imaging and diagnose application fields.

High-isolation polarization diversity microstrip MIMO antenna for intelligent terminal and making method thereof

The invention provides a high-isolation polarization diversity microstrip MIMO antenna for an intelligent terminal. The antenna is composed of a first antenna unit, a second antenna unit, and a dielectric substrate. The first antenna unit and the second antenna unit are orthogonally arranged and share the dielectric substrate. Each antenna unit consists of a printed monopole sub radiation patch, amicrostrip line and a metal grounding plate; the printed monopole sub radiation patch and the microstrip line are arranged on the upper surface of the dielectric substrate, wherein the diameter sideof the printed monopole sub radiation patch is parallel to the short side of the dielectric substrate and the microstrip line is arranged at the edge of the long side of the dielectric substrate and deviates from the center at a first preset distance; and the metal grounding plate is arranged a the lower surface of the dielectric plate right below the microstrip line and is aligned with two adjacent right-angle sides of the lower surface of the dielectric substrate. A signal line of a radiation system of a mobile terminal is connected directly with a feed microstrip line of the microstrip lineof each antenna unit. The MIMO antenna has advantages of having low manufacturing cost, being easy to process, being convenient to batched production, and having the great practical application value.

The invention discloses an angle logarithm folding groove waveguide slow-wave structure and relates to the field of electronic vacuum high-power devices and components. The structure includes two metal cover plates which are in vertical mirror symmetry with each other; the metal cover plates are connected with each other through brazing, and each metal cover plate includes a metal cavity, a cathode emitter arranged on the metal cavity, a groove waveguide etched in the metal cavity, an angular-directional electromagnetic wave channel groove etched in the groove waveguide and end openings formedin both ends of the groove waveguide; the gaps between the upper portion and lower portion of each groove waveguide form radial electron injection channels, and angle logarithm groove waveguides which have high frequency bands and can substantially reduce voltage are adopted as the groove waveguides. The angle logarithm folding groove waveguide slow-wave structure solves the problems that when existing folding waveguides run at high frequency bands, the interiors lose effects and devices and components cannot be miniaturized due to excessively high working voltage. The effects of generating high-power electromagnetic waves with terahertz wave bands, effectively reducing working voltage of the electronic vacuum devices and components, reducing the sizes of corresponding devices and miniaturizing the electronic vacuum devices and components are achieved.
