The method has the beneficial effects that, when sulfamic acid and sodium chloride are dissolved into water, a part of the solution is formed into hydrochloric acid, and the remaining part of sulfamic acid is maintained. The pretreatment effect of solid acid is similar to that of a conventional acidic reagent, but hemicellulose can be removed under a relatively mild condition through solid acid pretreatment, and fewer toxic substances such as furfural are generated than normal acid pretreatment. The obtained biomass material has smaller inhibiting effect for cellulose, and the pretreated residue is washed without the need of much water, so that the waste of water resource and the pollution to the environment are avoided; and the condition in the invention is milder than a conventional pretreatment process, the cost is lower, and the requirement for equipment and persons is also relatively low.
