The invention relates to a preparation process of
selenium-enriched spirulina hypoglycemic tablets. The preparation process comprises the following steps: a, preparing a basic prescription which consists of 50% of spirulina, 5% of soybeans, 6% of black beans, 6% of
semen phaseoli, 10% of rhizoma dioscoreae, 6% of radix puerariae, 5% of poria and 12% of
radix trichosanthis, wherein the spirulina, the rhizoma dioscoreae, the poria, the radix puerariae and the
radix trichosanthis are ground into coarse
powder and are mixed with the previous beans for later use; b, preparing 30% of malt, 20% of fruits of Chinese wolfberry, 30% of corn stigma and 20% of
radix ophiopogonis, decocting the materials for 30min, and filtering juice for later use; c, uniformly stirring the raw materials in the step a, adding 5 times of
traditional Chinese medicine liquid obtained in the step b and 5 times of warm boiled water, conducting mixing, conducting soaking at normal temperature for 8h, beating the swollen beans into fine milk by virtue of a beating
machine, automatically removing dregs and conducting filtering so as to obtain mixed milk which is relatively high in concentration for later use; and, heating the obtained milk in a jacketed kettle until the milk is boiling, concentrating the milk at 60 DEG C so as to obtain thick milk, keeping the thick milk until the thick milk becomes cool, adding proper amounts of
maltitol and spices which are about 10 times the amount of the thick milk, and conducting uniformly mixing,
drying, pelleting and tabletting so as to obtain the
selenium-enriched spirulina hypoglycemic tablets.
