The method comprises the following steps: step one. preparing regenerated cellulose from wastepaper; step two. preparing regenerated cellulose aerogel; step three. carrying out hydrophobic modification on the regenerated cellulose aerogel; and step four. preparing the regenerated magnetic cellulose aerogel oil absorbing material. The method has the advantages that the magnetic cellulose aerogel oil absorbing material is prepared from the wastepaper in life, the material can be greatly saved, the waste is turned into wealth, the regenerated magnetic cellulose aerogel is simple in a preparation technology, low in cost, convenient to use, capable of effectively absorbing multiple organic solvents and oil matters leaked in water, and high in absorption rate, the oil absorption is thorough, the oil absorbing material is nontoxic and harmless and causes very little secondary pollution, and an adopted magnetic collection method is simple, convenient and easy to use.

A light emitting element for flip-chip mounting having a flat mounting surface which allows a decrease in the width of the streets of a wafer.
