The method is characterized in that the TIG welding gun is placed beside the MAG welding gun, and a stable coupling arc is formed by the TIG welding gun and the MAG welding gun to provide excellent arc light environment for the detection of the molten pool. In the welding process, when the TIG welding gun and the MAG welding gun swing to the most left side or the most right side of a welding lane (the interference of the arc on the molten pool is the lowest), an arc positioning device in the double-gun swing positioner emits the pulse to the molten pool detecting control system to control the imaging system to acquire images so as to obtain the topography of the swing molten pool.
