system hardware-in-the-loop test, and relates to the field of vehicle testing, and the method comprises the steps: S1, starting a real-
time system, and operating a
virtual vehicle dynamics model; s2, starting a graphic
workstation, operating scene rendering
software, and transmitting a scene picture to a display screen in the
video camera obscura through an
HDMI (
High Definition Multimedia Interface); s3, verifying the validity of the two-way communication between the real-
time system and the scene rendering
software; s4, accessing the tested camera part to the
system, and ensuring that the
CAN bus communication is normal; s5, closed-loop test
verification is carried out, and it is confirmed that the
perception and planning
decision function of the tested camera is normal; and S6, starting the
snow scene
simulation device, and executing a wind and
snow scene test. According to the method, the
test requirements of the ADAS in
severe weather such as heavy snow are covered through accurate
simulation of the wind and snow scene in the HIL stage, the ADAS
algorithm can accept extreme scene
verification in the initial development stage, and the integrity of the
test scene is expanded.
