The invention relates to a method for composting pure
organic fertilizer by using straws. The method comprises the following steps: taking 60 percent of one of wheat straws, straws, cornstalks and
sorghum stems or mixed straws, soaking the straws with water on one day before
retting until water can be wringed, and taking 30 percent of fine
dry soil or pond
silt and 10 percent of composted human and animal excreta; firstly, laying a layer of
sludge and turf with the thickness of 15 to 20 cm on the ground to serve as a bottom mat absorbing infiltrating
fertilizer nutriments; secondly, laying a layer of straws with the thickness of 25 to 30 cm on the basis of the first step, treading, compressing and then sprinkling a layer of human and animal excreta; laying a layer of the fine
dry soil or the pond
silt with the thickness of 10 to 12 cm and laying the straws with the thickness of 25 to 30 cm on the fine
dry soil or the pond
silt; stacking upward layer by layer according to the operationuntil the height is 1.5 to 2 m; finally, sealing and storing for 20 to 25 days by using slime; and thirdly, turning over piles once after a mixture is retted for 20 to 25 days, and using the raw materials when the raw materials reach the black, rot and
odor degrees. According to the method disclosed by the invention, natural resources are completely utilized for fermenting, so that the rotting cycle of the straws is shortened, and the straws can be retted even in winter; and the method becomes a novel method for producing high-quality
organic fertilizer at present.
