The new technology is characterized in that titanous sulfate and/or titanyl sulfate prepared by sulfuric acid acidolysis of titanium dioxide and/or hydrated titanium dioxide are/is used as raw materials to replace a titaniferous solution prepared from titanium tetrachloride or ilmenite powder, a hydrolysis precipitation (while adding alkaline matter such as caustic soda and ammonia water, and maintaining pH) method is applied to a lamellar base material, and thickness of titanium oxide coated on the base material and product color are controlled by adjusting technological conditions; and if necessary, other metal or nonmetal hydrous oxide can be additionally coated. The invention has advantages as follows: preparation cost of the titaniferous solution is lower than preparation cost of a titanium tetrachloride aqueous solution, and purity is similar; the technology is environmentally friendly; and purity of the titaniferous solution prepared by the technology is higher than purity of a titaniferous solution prepared from ilmenite. The technology of the invention can be applied to various models of pigments which require the usage of a titanium tetrachloride aqueous solution in production and contain the pearlescent pigment to replace a titanium tetrachloride aqueous solution.

The invention relates to cigarette paper manufacturing technology and aims to provide a method for preparing heat-not-burn cigarette paper containing boron nitride thermally conductive filler. The present invention improves the pulp preparation in the conventional cigarette paper papermaking process: mixing potassium oleate, polyvinyl alcohol and water, stirring evenly under ultrasonic conditions, and filtering until there is no precipitation after aging; mixing the obtained mixed solution with softwood pulp and hardwood pulp are uniformly mixed to obtain coarse pulp; under stirring conditions, boron nitride and calcium carbonate fillers are added to the coarse pulp, the temperature is raised to 60°C, and the mixture is stirred until fully mixed to obtain pulp for sizing and papermaking. The invention starts from improving the thermal conductivity of the paper, and effectively improves the stability of the cigarette paper. Novel process for preparing pearlescent pigment

The invention relates to a novel process for preparing a pearlescent pigment. The novel process is characterized in that titanium sulfate and/or titanyl sulfate prepared by acidolysis of titanium dioxide and/or titanium dioxide hydrate with sulfuric acid is used as a raw material to replace titanium tetrachloride or titanium liquid prepared from ilmenite powder; a hydrolysis precipitation method (wherein alkaline substances like caustic soda and ammonia water are added at the same time to maintain a pH value) is employed for coating titanium oxide on a lamellar substrate; and process conditions are adjusted so as to control the thickness of titanium oxide on the substrate and the color of the pearlescent pigment. If needed, other metal or nonmetal hydration oxide can be coated in addition. The invention has the following advantages: titanium liquid prepared by using the process has lower cost, identical purity and environment friendliness compared with an aqueous titanium tetrachloride solution, and has higher purity compared with titanium liquid prepared from ilmenite; and with the process, the titanium liquid prepared by using the process can be used for replacing the aqueous titanium tetrachloride solution in conventional production of pearlescent pigments of various models needing the aqueous titanium tetrachloride solution.
