The invention relates to a novel catalytic-combustion industrial furnace, which comprises a gas-supplying system, a preheating system (3) and a furnace-body system, wherein the gas-supplying system comprises a combustible-gas pipeline (4), a combustion-supporting gas pipeline (1) and a gas-mixing device (6); the preheating system (3) is used for preheating mixed gas which is mixed through the gas-mixing device (6); the furnace-body system comprises a furnace shell (7), a front hearth segment (8), a catalyst carrier (9) and a rear hearth segment (10), and a catalyst is attached to the catalyst carrier (9); and the mixed gas after being preheated by the preheating system (3) enters the area of the catalyst carrier (9) after passing through the front hearth segment (8) to finish catalytic-combustion reaction, and smoke gas after the reaction is discharged through the rear hearth segment (10). The novel catalytic-combustion industrial furnace disclosed by the invention can be applied to the purification processing of industrial organic waste gas and the oxygen reducing and removing processes of oxygen-contained combustible gas, and has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, safety, simple structure, low manufacturing cost, good production stability and the like.
