The invention discloses an optical method-based anti-motion interference reflection type 
pulse rate signal detection device and relates to the field of detection instruments. According to the 
pulse rate signal detection device, two LED light-emitting tubes are arranged for receiving two signals in a photoelectric receiving tube after being matched with the reflection characteristic of a narrow-band total reflection film. Between the above two signals, one 
signal is an optical signal completely reflected by the narrow-band total reflection film directly after being emitted from the LED light-emitting tubes through an 
air layer, wherein the pure 
noise interference is achieved. The other signal enters a 
human body through the 
skin of the 
human body after being emitted from the LED light-emitting tubes through the 
air layer, the narrow-band total reflection film and a flexible substrate, and is finally reflected back to the photoelectric receiving tube, wherein the signal contains the pulse information with 
noise interference. After the two signals are obtained, the two signals can be used for subsequent 
data processing. In this way, the pulse information of a person to be tested is calculated. The device is designed based on a photoelectric volume 
pulse wave monitoring method, and has the non-invasive characteristics. By means of the device, the pulse information can be quickly and accurately obtained.
