The invention provides sintered ore with a
coating structure and a preparation method and
system.The preparation method comprises the steps that lump ore is subjected to high-temperature preheating treatment and then crushed and screened, and lump ore particles are obtained; uniformly mixing an iron-containing
raw material, a CaO-containing flux, a fuel and water to obtain an outer-layer mixed material; after the lump ore particles are put into a disc pelletizer, atomized water is sprayed to the surfaces of the lump ore particles; caO is sprayed to the surfaces of lump ore particles; the outer-layer mixed material is added into a disc pelletizer, atomized water is continuously sprayed for
pelletizing, screening is conducted after
pelletizing is finished, and a green pellet mixed material is obtained; conveying the green pellet mixture to a
sintering machine, igniting the green pellet mixture, and
sintering the green pellet mixture under the condition of injecting
hydrogen-rich gas to obtain high-temperature sintered ore; and
hydrogen is adopted as a cooling agent to cool the high-temperature sintered ore, and pre-reduction of the high-temperature sintered ore is achieved in the cooling process. The sintered ore has high strength and air permeability, the utilization ratio of lump ore is increased, lump ore fragmentation is avoided, and therefore the metallurgical performance of the lump ore is improved.
