A method and apparatus for fully integrating a Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) on an integrated circuit. The VCO is implemented using a differential-mode circuit design. The differential-mode implementation of the VCO preferably comprises a differential mode LC-resonator circuit, a digital capacitor, a differential pair amplifier, and a current source. The LC-resonator circuit includes at least one tuning varactor and two high Q inductors. The tuning varactor preferably has a wide tuning capacitance range. The tuning varactor is only used to "fine-tune" the center output frequency f0 of the VCO. The center output frequency f0 is coarsely tuned by the digital capacitor. The VCO high Q inductors comprise high gain, high self-resonance, and low loss IC inductors. The IC VCO is fabricated on a high resistivity substrate material using a trench isolated guard ring. The guard ring isolates the fully integrated VCO, and each of its component parts, from RF signals that may be introduced into the IC substrate by other devices. By virtue of the improved performance characteristics provided by the digital capacitor, the analog tuning varactor, the high Q inductor, and the trench isolated guard ring techniques, the inventive VCO is fully integrated despite process variations in IC fabrication.

The first linear polarization receiving antenna is perpendicular to the second linear polarization receiving antenna. The transmitting antenna is parallel to the principal axis direction of the two receiving antennas. The approximate phase centers of the transmitting antenna and the two receiving antennas are located on the same horizontal plane and form an isosceles right triangle, namely the distances from the aperture centers of the two receiving antennas to the center of the transmitting antenna are equal.

The invention relates to a method and a system for extracting and tracking a cursor point in an out-of-focus video. The method comprises the following steps that a, a first frame of image of the out-of-focus video is imported; b, one or several image regions are defined in the first frame of image to be used as cursor point searching region(s), and each searching region is used as a sub image of the integral image for extracting the cursor points, and in addition, the center coordinates of the cursor point are obtained; c, a next frame of image of the out-of-focus video is imported; d, the sub images are divided from the next frame of image; e, the cursor point is extracted from each sub image, and in addition, the center coordinates of the cursor point are obtained; f, the obtained center coordinates of the cursor point are modified, and the modified center coordinates of the cursor point are output; g, the searching region is updated; h, the step c to the step g are repeated until the last frame of image is searched. The invention also relates to a system for extracting and tracking the cursor point in the out-of-focus video. The method and the system provided by the invention have the advantages that the mistake identification rate and the miss identification rate can be educed, and the data precision is improved.
