The turning vehicle number estimating method comprises the steps that loop detectors are installed at partial intersections, the number of turning vehicles are detected according to different lane functions, and historical data collection and recording are carried out, so that the number of the vehicles which are going to turn is estimated according to the number of the vehicles entering lanes; and for the road sections without the loop detectors, the number of the vehicles are sampled by GPS data statistics of probe vehicles, and according to the similarity among the intersections, the number of the turning vehicles at the intersections having no loop detectors is calculated according to the number of the turning vehicles at the intersections provided with the loop detectors. By adopting the above method, the road basic facility cost can be effectively saved, and the number of the turning vehicles at the intersections can be precisely estimated. The system is designed according to the above method and comprises a loop detector data collection module, a probe vehicle data collection module and a vehicle number prediction module; in addition, the system is easy to operate and maintain and is strong in feasibility.

The method comprises the steps of feeding fruit flies of 1-3 days old with a cane sugar aqueous solution containing potential active substances to be tested, besides, using the fruit flies only fed with a cane sugar aqueous solution as a control group, then performing hungry treatment on thetwo groups of the fruit flies, finally, performing feeding with pyruvic aldehyde, and counting the death quantity of the fruit flies at intervals until the two groups of the fruit flies are dead completely; and when the mortality rate of the fruit flies in the control group is 40%-60%, performing statistics on the survival condition of the fruit flies in the experiment group, judging whether the potential active substances to be tested can prolong the survival time of the fruit flies or not, and if yes, determining that the substances are saccharification and/or ageing resisting substances. Within a 7-day experiment period, compared with a conventional cell model and other animal models, at an extremely low economy cost, whether one substance has activity of resisting saccharification andageing can be determined, and a prominent platform is provided for large-scale high-throughput screening of active substances for resisting diabetes and resisting ageing relevant diseases.

The invention discloses a method for testing adhesive force life of a steel wire tire cord in a radial tire. The method comprises the following steps of: sulphurizing an unused radial tire and then removing size to obtain the steel wire tire cord, carrying out thermal ageing treatment on the obtained steel wire tire cord, then carrying out an ICP-AES (Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectroscopy) test, an EDS (Energy Disperse Spectroscopy) test and a breakage drawing force test on a sample, and drawing a standard curve according to test data; removing size on a radial tire sample to be tested to obtain the steel wire tire cord, wherein the radial tire sample to be tested has the same formula with the radial tire used when the standard curve is drawn, then carrying out the ICP-AES test, the EDS test and the breakage drawing force test on the obtained steel wire tire cord, and determining a position of the sample to be tested in the standard curve according to the breakage drawing force and data used for correcting sulphur content and zinc simple substance content. In the testing method disclosed by the invention, relation between simple substance metal content and the adhesive force life is found by adopting a chemical analysis method, thus the adhesive force life can be judged and evaluating basis is provided for judgement analysis of tire fault.
